Chauffeur

Primary role is to professionally and courteously service our VIP-caliber clientele.  You will greet our clients in a friendly and
professional manner, load and unload luggage, map out locations and routing in advance, safely and skillfully drive and at all
times properly represent the high standards of Certified Limousine.

  • High School Diploma
  • Must be at least 25 years of age (Insurance Coverage Requirement)
  • Clean driving record
  • Valid class of Driver’s License for commercial driving (CDL a plus)
  • If available Charlotte PVH  Permit
  • Current physical exam & DOT Medical Card
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good working knowledge of the Charlotte and surrounding area
  • Exceptional map reading skills
  • Equipped with smart phone, GPS and ideally a tablet

Reservations

Primary role are input of reservations by new and existing clientele, handling of inquiries and reservations via phone or e-mail,
maintenance and input of client profiles and other database information.  Requirements include:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 40 wpm typing
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy & speed
  • Ability to manage call volume
  • Team player, able to work successfully with others to get the job done
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft applications
  • Advanced agents will possess exceptional sales skills, speed & accuracy and ability to manage large manifests

Dispatch

Primary role is to schedule, dispatch and track fleet vehicles and chauffeurs in an expedient, efficient and accurate manner
that ensures Certified’s exceptional service delivery standards are met while adhering to established departmental protocols.

Requirements include all of the above for Reservations and in addition:

  • Excellent working knowledge of Charlotte metropolitan area & mapping/routing skills
  • Proficient multi-tasking skills, focus and patience
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time and work extremely well under pressure
  • Exceptional ability to build cooperation and goodwill between chauffeur and dispatch staff
  • Precision accuracy, commitment to “on-time” performance and following procedures
